I’ll cut right to the chase:

My name is Matthew, and I own GreenLight Roofing. 

What most roofers don’t tell you is…

Everyone is getting the materials for around the same price. 

Everyone is paying about the same for labor. 

Where things can differ wildly is business efficiency and overhead. 

PLUS how much margin the owner wants to make per job. 

There are the high-pressure roofers who charge SO MUCH MORE than others. 

You’ll know you’re talking to one if he pressures you into buying and it’s hard to get him out of your house. 

Truth is, he knows if he leaves without the sale, you’re going to get another quote for the same exact thing but for way less, and he’ll never hear from you again.

There are also the low-priced roofers. 

Seems great. 

Low price. 

But that can come at a cost, and I’ll explain how:

Did you know it’s a tactic to underbid a roof replacement just to get hired, only to bill for thousands more in incidentals once the project has started?

For instance, some roofers charge a 100% markup fee for plywood, but don’t tell you you need to replace it until your roof is torn off. 

Not transparent at all. 

If only they’d taken a look in your attic prior to starting the job like they should have, they’d have been able to honestly tell you about how much to factor into the job total, so nothing was a surprise. 

That’s just one example… There are many…

So here’s my offer to you:

Have us out to your home so we can look at your roof and help you figure out what you ought to do. Even if we don’t get your business, we’ll at least feel really good that we helped someone in our community by arming them with the knowledge they need to make the decision that’s best for them.
